With over 35 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a seasoned senior project manager at Kyndryl, a leading provider of digital transformation services. I have a master's degree in IT administration and multiple certifications in project management (PMP and Prince 2), agile (PMI-ACP) and ITIL. I specialize in managing complex and diverse IT projects across different areas, such as infrastructure, network, application/software development, mainframe, and service desk automation. I have successfully delivered global projects for various industries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In addition, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise as a university professor, teaching project management and other business courses for postgraduate students.
