CurrentPartner with Marketing and directly responsible for leading the strategy, design, content development, implementation, and evaluation of SiteOne University.•Strategy Development: Identifies program objectives, governance, strategies, and roadmap for implementation. •Program Oversight: Oversees the instructional process across SiteOne University, evaluating the quality of programs and curriculum on an ongoing basis.•Project Management: Coordinates and drives the plan for learning programs. Takes ownership of assigned projects, documents program plans reports results in a timely manner and drives timely completion for every milestone.•Education Design & Content Development: Determines curriculum, course content, speakers/presenters in accordance with SiteOne goals and state specific CEU requirements•Implementation: Responsible for delivering education through channels such as live and virtual events and eventually, through an on-demand platform. Delivering value to customers and sponsors of the activity.•Evaluation: Provide program analytics and reporting to internal and external (sponsors) audiences. Recommend program optimizations.•Communications: Manages marketing and communications around SiteOne University including regular updates with program stakeholders.•Relationship Management: Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders including field leaders, product owners, suppliers (OEM), and other industry experts.
