- Provide opportunities for teacher engagement and development of learning and assessment tools as they relate to aspects of BC's new Career-Life Connections curriculum by leading and workingcollaboratively with a team of 10 teachers from diverse teaching backgrounds.- Assist students in discovering that career-life development is not simply figuring out what they want to be when they grow up, but a lifelong journey of being and becoming who they want to be in the world and how they can make meaningful contributions in their communities by providing guidance, feedback and support during their "capstone" project.

- Provide engaging volunteer opportunities for students in their search and understanding of career and post-secondary possibilities by working cooperatively and actively maintaining relationships with parents, alumni and community organizations.- Promote Work Experience in the district by developing district-wide promotional materials by working collaboratively with Vancouver School Board Career Programs staff.

Continually grow the anti-bullying “acceptance” movement through the use of dance and social media by working cooperatively and actively maintaining relationships with administrators, teachers, students, parents, alumni, and community members.
