Product Development Manager for Sports and Entertainment Campaigns.

• I have been responsible for managing the development of many of Flair’s key brands and most notably Sylvanian Families. Other high profile brands that I’ve developed include: Aqua Beads, Plasticine, UNO, Etch A Sketch.
• Calmly and effectively manage large numbers of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Creatively plan and manage complex and bespoke schedules to hit target launch dates, whilst managing and negotiating with all key stakeholders.
• Negotiate with vendors on costs and schedules to hit targets.
• Responsible for the management and development of a junior team member.
• Liaise with several international third party suppliers to ensure their product is optimised and legal for the UK market.

During this period I worked as a freelancer for several clients on a wide variety of projects, with my primary client being the toy and games design company, Seven Towns. During this period I developed a broad range of skills (including product, graphic, web design and model making).

Franklin Associates was a small toy design company run by Frank Young (former head of design at Tonka Toys). This position held many responsibilities due to the small size of the company. The job included generating new toy concepts and presenting them to various companies including Hasbro. I produced concepts for Subway restaurants' Monsters Inc premiums.
