• Responsible for all site Plant, Material & Labour order monitoring• Weekly Plant usage reporting to discipline heads• Run the on site stores• Prepare Labour rosters during possession weekends• Complete Labour timesheets• Labour hour monitoring to ensure compliant with Network Rail standards• Prepare and submit the weekly Network Rail’s Asset Management Control Centre Report and Colas Rail’s Out Of Hours Report• Collate Monthly Key Performance Indicators and submit quantities through Morgan Sindall’s online reporting system• Weekly reports to JV Commercial department with running costs and VO info• Support Project, Commercial & Senior Construction Managers• Manage site offices & facilities • Manage safety tours & monitoring• Collate work programmes from multiple disciplines into one master document• Focal point for Joint Venture working bridging the gaps between IT systems and procedures• Understand Client requirements to fulfil completion of Project Health & Safety File• Liaise with disciplines, sub contractors and the client on a regular basis• Prepare a schedule of deliverables for each works discipline for each type of handover document for each planned Handover.• Identify the custodian of each deliverable and prepare the programme for delivery of each document and run monthly progress meetings• Assist disciplines with their submissions• Collate submissions and maintain an up-to-date schedule of the documents that have been delivered and that are outstanding• Ensure all documentation completed correctly and compliant• Set-up and maintain a set of folders, populated with Assurance Documentation, as documentation is generated and issued/obtained.
