1. Teen Challenge candidates must be interviewed by the Director of Mercy Springs and me as Coordinator of Outreach in order for the screening process to be complete. I help the candidates to be willing to go through a detox program before processing for Teen Challenge. I make sure they fill out an application and go through the screening process for the Southern California Teen Challenge. Once the application is accepted I arrange for flight arrangements to be made with copies to be placed in the file of the individual being processed. Arrangements are made to take the individual to the airport and make sure that the individual gets onto the airplane safely. 2. Help assist with teaching the New Beginners Class when Pastor Jimmy Lilley is not available. Teaching the basics of Christianity and Biblical understandings. 3.Nicky Cruz Outreach is a summer outreach program called Truce where I helped find places within neighborhoods in Colorado Springs to have a concert and evangelism. During a time of disaster such as the Waldo Canyon Fire, I helped with disaster relief through the Department of Human Services.
