I am the co-founder of a plastic injection molding company of 28+ years that manufactures the Pro-Mold Product line of trading card and memorabilia holders. My plastics company is also a custom molder that molds many different kinds of products using engineering grade raw materials like ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polycarbonate, as well as commodity materials like Polystyrene. Our injection molding presses range in sizes up to 309 tons. My company has our own in-house, machine shop, that includes a CNC Machine, bridgeports, surface grinders, a lathe and EDM machines for mold repairs and maintenance. We have 3D printers for rapid-prototyping products up to 200 mm by 200mm by 300 mm in size made of PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU (Flex) or Nylon. Most of our competition is from Asia, and with our low overhead we can provide very competitive pricing on just about any kind of plastic product that you can dream up. I manage and run the business including the overseeing of the production side of our manufacturing company. The Pro-Mold product line has been around for over 31 years and was started by my father, and I, while I was a sophomore at The University of Akron.
