Solution ArchitectTo provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics™ product being implemented and all related Microsoft technologies required for the implementation. The Solution Architect is the primary resource for determining the approach to be utilized in an implementation. The Solution Architect will also assist in scoping and documenting customizations the project may require. The Solution Architect should possess a thorough understanding of the product from both a functional and technical perspective. Comprehensive familiarity with the Implementation Methodology for Microsoft Dynamics, as well as the related underlying Microsoft technologies is essential for a Solution Architect.

Project Manager To schedule and coordinate project resources and ensure that time and budget targets are being met. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed in a manner that will lead to meeting the implementation goals within the established timeframe and budget to a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager should have a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics™ product and its related technologies, but is not typically involved in the actual configuration and customization process. Rather, the Project Manager ensures the technical and application consulting resources are successfully executing on the established project plan. The Project Manager will work closely with the Customer Project Manager to ensure successful completion of the implementation

Application Consultant To provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics™ application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. DescriptionThe Microsoft Dynamics Application Consultant will participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs. The Application Consultant communicates with the customer’s organization on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes. The analysis of the business processes may lead to changing these processes. The Application Consultant works with the customer’s Key Users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business processes. The analysis of the business processes may also lead to modifying the Microsoft Dynamics standard application. In this case the Application Consultant will communicate with the Development Consultant to ensure implementation of the necessary modifications to the Microsoft Dynamics application. Additionally, the Application Consultant can expect to be tasked with conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
