At Verizon Network Support Services, I was the engineer for 5G network performance tools for Samsung and Nokia 5G infrastructure as well as engineering tools enabling Verizon Wireless engineers to monitor 4G system performance of eNodeBs, MMEs, SGWs, PGWs, and other network elements from multiple vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Cisco, etc.) in both traditional and VRAN deployment configurations. Former projects also included tool development oversight for Demand, Capacity, and Forecasting. I worked with our vendor, Comscore, to deliver tools to our planners to help them with projecting when the capacity of their nodes would be reached for capital planning purposes. I was also on the HQ RF Network Planning team where I had extensive experience driving vendor development of Verizon priority features for both hardware and software upgrades on Ericsson, Nortel, and Motorola RF equipment.

Progressively increasing leadership roles in US Air Force and US Air Force Reserves as Communications-Computer Systems Engineer and Cyberspace Control Officer.
