Responsible of the transference of the Ongoing Reliability Test Lab from Colorado Springs to Ensenada and then implement the testing program in the local facility.Once the lab was running I was the responsible of the weekly testing, reporting directly to the engineering group any issues and observations found during this activity by preparing the detailed engineering report of the problem after performing the root cause analysis, implementing DOE and other tools to validate the results found always using the ANSI/BHMA standards.

Mechanical engineer part of the Airbus A350 program, responsible of the design from scratch of the main ozone converter, re heater and condenser of the Air Generation System of the plane. Also, I gave support to the heat exchanger production line by developing fixtures for the proper assembly, allowing me to get the DFSS certification required in the MRTC at that time.During my career in Honeywell, I was able to work together with the main design engineers directly in the headquarters in Torrance, CA for 6 months, where I gained valuable experience regarding to the mechanical design of heat transfer components, which I later translate to my own designs.I also was the responsible of the administration of the change requests and change orders related to the heat transfer components under my watch, giving me the opportunity to work closely with other groups in different locations and in the same facility, coordinating the activities to get the results needed in a timely manner.
