I am an arts-passionate individual with a diverse experience relating to the arts, fundraising, development, HR, management, and marketing. Having been born and raised in Israel and moving to the United States at a young age, I have always been involved in music/the arts. I began playing the violin shortly after moving to the US and subsequently began composing and conducting at age 16. I took my violin and compositional skills into my undergrad degree, having successfully been involved in numerous musical (and otherwise artistic) projects on and off-campus.Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for team leadership, as well as for sales and marketing, I have a verifiable history in fine dining of contributing directly to company growth throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded revenue and performance goals, and I am adept at achieving maximum operational impacts with minimal resource expenditure. Under my leadership as an On-Site Supervisor with Remedy Intelligent Staffing, I directed and oversaw daily tasks completed by more than 120+ employees while conducting performance assessments, HR tasks, payroll processing, and fiscal analysis. I operated as first point of contact between clients and Remedy at customer locations as well as identify client requirements to ensure optimal service and quality standards.
