PSM Lead Development System− Prepare PSM System implementation at the Company− Developing Procedure related PSM System− Developing Process Safety work general management− Developing, review and update PSM system− PSM Guideline management for operation− Developing PSSR Regulation and review system implementation− Developing and Implementing risk management programs, assessment, and Process Hazard analysis regulations and systems (HAZOPs, HAZID, SIL, LOPAs, JSA, CHARM, PSSR, Etc.)− Developing, review, update MoC procedures for plant facilities and controlling the implementation− Developing, review, update MoC procedure for organization & people in the plant site and controlling the implementation− Developing and Identifying operational risk− Developing Safety operation plant− Perform audit of process safety management systems and execute risk mitigation corrective actions.− Coordination with another department to implement PSM System− Developing PSM audit system− Developing Procedure for Process Accident classification− Coordination to prepare safe work practice regulations and implementation− Perform risk analysis and coach others on the use of risk analysis techniques− Coordination with concerned parties to develop mechanical integrity procedures and programs.− Setting Process Safety KPI and making achievement report− Developing and implementing PSM Training to all employees including manager level.2. Construction Activity− Observation contractor work in the field and ensure all activity meets with safety aspect compliance− Preparing observation report and share with concerned parties− Evaluation Corrective action report from a contractor for following observation report− Analysis of their working system in the field and give suggestions or feedback for their activity− Evaluation contractor performance and share the result through monthly and weekly meeting
