Working as a Production Operator Remote at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO (Poleng Field Area) OffShore.Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare well testing as per scheduled, new well test data for information to Supervisor.• Collect well status data, VSD ESP optimization parameter for • Adjust the well parameters such as surface well pressure and VSD frequency to optimize production and running time.• Start new infill wells, wells after W/O or pump repair, make sure wells are started as per program at minimum time delay.• Start up the well due to lost flow condition restarted well after O/L, U/L and servicing.• Monitoring chemical injection rate, Chemical pump injecting at a target rate determined by chemical supervisor.• Check other facilities condition, and platform housekeeping, make sure that all facilities are running ok and platform are tidy.

There are many obstacles and trials in achieving success so it takes consistent effort, never giving up, to totality.
