Who is Ed Oakley?Through careers with Bell Labs, Hewlett-Packard, then Enlightened Leadership Solutions over the last 30 years or so, there has been a consistent thread. I have a gift for seeing simple solutions to complex challenges – synergistic solutions, where 1+1+1 is 30, not 3.I coauthored  Enlightened Leadership(295,000 sold) and other books while developing leaders from 67 countries with speaking, consulting and coaching.About 7 years ago, I had a big wake-up call – actually three in a row over a number of months before I finally got the message: My business crashed.
I got very sick with a debilitating autoimmune disease.My 20-year marriage ended.
