Raise awareness of rare disease to improve earliest diagnosis and referral to specialist treatment centres;Identify educational needs of referring physicians, to create optimal level of disease awareness;Drive patient ID, diagnosis and referral rates by executing against a territory strategy and account specific plans in conjunction with territory Key Account Manager;Relationship with specialties: neurologist, cardiologist, pediatrician, internist, urologist, nephrologist, gastroenterologist, hematologist in the assigned field;Develop and execute an effective Diagnoser Account Plan;Strategically network within the country cross-functional team to segment and prioritize referral centres to ensure patients have access to available treatment;

In charge of the scientific aspect of product R&D:• Coordinate professionals such as physicians, professors, pharmacists, researchers et al.• Involved in product development during the chemical formula and pharmaceutical form study phase. • Search for and contact raw materials manufacturer and identify the necessary active principles.• In charge of packaging design conception and relationship with all related companies.• Research and identify potential manufacturers, evaluating proposals and production timelines.• Work with company’s sales office to order active principles and packaging, subsequently forwarding both to the manufacturers. Monitor production and related regulatory testing.• Sample testing and product clinical and in-vitro studies set up.• Set up new formula patent strategy working with patent engineer. • Plan all necessary actions aimed at updating the product.In charge of product communication:• In charge of the production of informative materials intended for pharmaceutical reps, physicians, pharmacies, distributors and patients. Elaborate the same materials in different ways based on the intended target.• Set up clinical and in-vitro studies in order to broaden existing product knowledge.• In charge of organizing educational courses for the sales force, training and updating pharmaceutical reps on product innovations.• Responsible of moderating hospital courses aimed at informing physicians about product indications, broadening their outlook on drug prescription methods.• Preside at medical-scientific congresses, representing the scientific area of the company.• Searching and meeting new companies to explore potential collaborations.• Assist physicians, patients etc. who ask for product-related information and prescription.
