The project also includes preparatory civil works and LV/MV systems implementation/substitution;- Preliminary on-site surveys and inspections to support and organise during construction, installation and commissioning;- Preparation of technical specifications and demand, through economic analysis, of materials supply and professional services sourcing from framework contract or bidding process;- Project reviews to obtain the authorization title (D.I.A. ministeriale);- Interaction and coordination among suppliers, engineers, designers and colleagues;- Planning of the project development using Microsoft Project and meeting deadlines and milestones; - Technical and economic planning of the project, management of the work progress and data uploading on SAP tool.
