CurrentMy responsibilities include:- general administrative duties (taking/making phonecalls, drafting/sending letters, photocopying etc...)- dealing with internal and external cash transactions- running team projects, such as updating client information (both electronically and on the physical file) and ensuring that newly implemented regulations are adhered to (often this means requesting new/additional paperwork from clients - FATCA/CRS and APS currently)- opening/closing… Show more My responsibilities include:- general administrative duties (taking/making phonecalls, drafting/sending letters, photocopying etc...)- dealing with internal and external cash transactions- running team projects, such as updating client information (both electronically and on the physical file) and ensuring that newly implemented regulations are adhered to (often this means requesting new/additional paperwork from clients - FATCA/CRS and APS currently)- opening/closing accounts- liaising with colleagues in different departments in order to solve problems- I have also been involved in organising/overseeing training sessions for all office staff. This included booking rooms, organising refreshments, ensuring training materials were available and liaising with all attendeed before and after sessions to pass on documents or answer queries.
