In the Sales & Services Excellence team, I take part in technology-driven transformation projects within the manufacturing sector. My role revolves around supporting the client from a business perspective, delivering value by:- Conduct business meetings to extract requirements and objectives for the development of a new CRM solution- Manage feedback loops between IT and clients, embracing the agile methodology- Conduct and oversee UAT, mockup, and prototype sessions- Deliver on-platform training to 60+ users across six countries

Curricular internship at III Division for Circular Economy and Policies for Sustainable Development.I collaborated on projects like an IPCEI on critical raw materials, industry consultation on textile fibers, revision of batteries' regulation (EU 2019/1020), analysis of the FIT for 55% package.I had daily interactions with EU agencies, DGs (clima and grow), Italian trade associations, and other Ministries.

As a student assistant in this position, I manage the creation and curation of engaging content for Facebook and Instagram accounts of the International Affairs office. I am responsible of my own project, with the goal of increasing students' engagement and awareness of the opportunities to study abroad while in their undergraduate studies.

GOAL participants serve as mentors to anyone considering international opportunities. I am assisting with education abroad recruitment, marketing/outreach, event programming, and peer-advising.
