• Analyse sales data for the end of season review in collaboration with Area Managers, Market Controllers and Franchising Partners (if needed) with the aim of rationalizing and sharing the basis for later plans, performed on two levels: - Higher level: Analyse the mix per sub-department to support the planning activity of Market Controllers at store/ market level; - Detailed level: Sales analysis per function/ position/ segment of product/ article to define the basis for a new assortment. • Ensure clusters of new store openings are managed in order to produce the best results and revise existing clusters based on final balance of sales. • Define the grading at department level in accordance with the minimum package. • Define product mix at the following levels: department/ sub-department/ function/ cluster to determine the monthly launch plan for options/ clusters. • Review the launch plan for the market and re-elaborate it for each cluster. • Define the assortment structure and quantity for each article/ cluster. • Define the potential allocation of merchandise per cluster and communicate findings to the Product Management. • Ensure the monitoring and controlling of works in progress. • Define from a quantitative point of view the merchandise “present at opening” for stores under development together with Area Managers and Market Controllers. • Support local benchmark of competitors in the strategic markets.
