Customer Relationship Specialist
Current- Daily interface with headquarter stakeholders (E-commerce, Brand, Portfolio Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Care, IT) and with markets local digital marketing structures.
- Generate recurrent reports to monitor CRM campaign performance and customer base evolution.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to maximize Digital CRM contributions to e-commerce sales.
- Ensure data consistency through tracking model management.
- Coordinate with the CRM agency on performance, reporting, and tracking.
- Lead CRM performance meetings and coordinate with markets.
