Working with SW development team:- to identify/address/fix issues found in VLT concessionaries production live systems;- to create new procedures for operations team - to gather new requirements from Italian law. Interaction with Italian regulator (SOGEI and ODV) for code review and compilation.

I worked as external consultant in EU R&D Program Management team as Model Leader.I was responsible of mobile phones lifecycle (TLC carrier requirement, SW release and validation planning).For this activity I interacted with European local marketing to get mobile operator requirements, SW development teams and SW validation teams.I used to work daily with different teams spread in Europe/India/Korea and provide Top Management with reports/status meetings/analysis.I was responsible for an Android 2.2 Froyo model (LG Optimus Chic), for first LGE NFC model (LG EGO NFC) in EU R&D Market, giving also support for other phone models (LG Optimus 3D and others)
