This is a key program for the company with an impact of more than 100 million euros yearly.My role is a cross functional management position, in a modern, multilingual (Italian, English and German) environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Iveco follows Lean and Six Sigma methodologies through their WCM (World Class Manufacturing) developed in collaboration with Stellantis.I coordinate a team of more than 10 people ranging from the development team to logistics and customer service. I follow the journey of the product from the negotiations and orders intake to the after sales support of the fielded vehicles

As lean manager I was the responsible for the management of the continuous improvement processes in the plant, operating both in the production environment, the logistics and the offices. During my operation I reported directly to the Italian management and the European executives, that ensure a coherent and homogeneous application of lean and six sigma principles.The plant where I worked, which employed around 60 people, had three functional areas of production: plastic molding, automated assembly and manual assembly of hydraulic components.
