Internship in the Digital Customer Operations department of the luxury eyewear multinational. My role was to assist the strategic and technical development of a new Marketing Automation platform, aimed to speed up internal processes and boost eCommerce sales.I was also in charge to manage advertisement campaigns for the brands in the company’s portfolio (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta...), working in direct contact with different departments and foreign branches.

I was in charge of creating video content for advertisement and social media, within the "Creative Media production & digital signage" department of the Calzedonia Group. The content creation process allowed me to work in synergy with the corporate communication office, and to understand the different marketing strategies that an international company has to apply in each market.
