Inside the IIT Project Office I support the Researchers in the definition of the Technology Transfer Strategies for the following Deep Techs at all TRL Levels:Robotics, Life Science, Computational Science and Nanomaterials. Main goal is to get Researchers' technologies closer to the market. The interaction starts with a comprehension of the technology in terms of technical goals, requirements, economic feasibility and market potential. From that point the following aspects are defined: - Business Model definition - IP assessment / strategy - Technology Screening on Espacenet Database - Scheduling of the activities (PM Waterfall) - Definition and creation of key project deliverables /milestones - Follow-Up and management of deadlines - Meetings with Industrial Partners and internal Scientific Teams - Definition of the transfer strategy (start up, license agreements, spin-off)Writing of innovative EU/National/International industrial projects (ERC PoC [€ 1,5MLN won], EIC Transition, EIC Pathfinder, RIA [€ 5,00MLN won], IA, PNRR [€ 40,00MLN won], NATO) [TRL 3-7] Support of Innovation activities useful to scale up IIT Deep Techs (IP Booster, Exploitation Booster, EIC Business Accelerator). Researchers are supported with courses and coaching sessions to increase their skills and know-how in topics useful to boost their project and get them clooser to the market.Creation of internal Tech Reports to share innovation with the internal IIT staff.

Menozero is a personal project I have developed starting from an unmet need. Is a trekking backpack able to optimize the organization of the equipment and its access. Capacity ranges from 6L to 42L thanks to an adaptable exoskeleton and elemental modular volumes. The backpack is protected by a Design Registration and is Patent Pending with a deposit for Industrial Invention at UIBM with an envisaged PCT extension in at least five nations. Here the key steps followed among the project timeline: - Market analysis and concept ideation - CAD Modelling (3D & 2D) and product engineering process - Prototyping and Test phase - Business plan The project is endorsed and supported by Ernst & Young SLT.

Project Management (Waterfall methodology) of motorcycle components projects from the Kick-Off to the market release. Average Project Budget € 200,00k.Feasibility study (cost, price and manufacturing strategy in terms of manufacturing process choice, key supplier and production batches) for new motorcycle components (e.g: mirrors, grips, pegs, turn signals) made predominantly by alluminium CNC and plastic injection molding.Strategic study for “push” products which lie outside the core business (above all glasses, gloves, electric scooter)Management of the Intellectual Property portfolio (Brand + Product). The Company was supported by two external partners. Main role was to discuss with them the key IP strategy (main geographic areas to be covered, overall budget and planning of the project deliverables to be aligned with the IP procedures)Scouting of key suppliers (Far East) for new technologies/know-how and management of co-development projectsThe above activities were porsued reporting WIP directly to the CEO and interacting with the Departments Directors (Mktg, R&D, Sales, Communication, Production, Purchasing, Legal)
