Ligado Consulting is a boutique consulting company providing large, small, and start-up companies with three key services including company level strategic planning and management, marketing and product strategy, and sales and partner development. Ligado has deep expertise with software and internet companies, professional services businesses, as well as indirect channels including VARs, ISVs, and Consulting Partners.

Responsible for profiling, recruiting and ramping up new partners with Meridian. Responsible for go to market strategies with value added resellers, independent software vendors and consultants. Responsible for program development and enhancement for all partner communities. Responsible for working with multiple Meridian departments in designing programs to benefit our partners. Responsible for managing influenced revenue by ISVs, referral and consulting partners. Responsible for staff and budget management.

In this role, I was instrumental in the launch of a reseller program and network to the Meridian organization. I developed the appropriate contract documents and processes that enabled the recruitment of partners. I also adapted my sales skills to partner recruitment and continued to negotiate contracts with partners while on-boarding those partners with other Meridian departments. In addition, I managed the Western US territory and Asia Pacific territory and drove revenues through resellers in these regions.

Recruit, manage and endorse ISV, SI, and technology partners by developing joint marketing strategies, joint sales strategies, and outward awareness of the partnerships.

As the marketing programs manager, I was required to leverage my knowledge in marketing and sales to build the Meridian brand that increased lead generation. My sales skills, enabled me to develop lead generation and branding tools that supported the ever growing sales teams.
