I have spent the majority of my career supporting a growing, A+ rated P&C insurance carrier as they navigated the specialty market. With roles progressing from receptionist to SVP of Business Analytics and Customer Engagement, I have a solid grasp of day-to-day business operations and a strong understanding of corporate strategy. Taking on the mindset of no task too small or too detailed, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from experts in the areas of P&C underwriting, claims, technology, data, reinsurance, finance, and executive initiatives. Building knowledge and trust on the small things uniquely prepared my team and I to support the successful development and delivery of many large-scale complex initiatives, encompassing analytics, communications, system development, and customer engagement.My tenure and progressive experience within a single organization has also allowed me to witness both the immediate and lasting effects of growth and change.
