As Pre-Sales Engineer, I actively participate of the sales process, since the first contact with customer, when the information regarding needs and objectives are gathered, until the final negotiation, offering technical arguments, so the customer can feel comfortable with the proposal presented. My work is focused in customers satisfaction, which results in loyal and confident customers.
