To develop myself further, I stepped out of a successful career in financial services in underwriting to get to know a different field, HR. I noticed, that it is in particular the topic of leadership, organisational culture and innovation, that attracts me, especially contributing to agile change projects and building the bridge to a better value chain for clients.
