During these years Fibermesh was an industry leader with the intorduction of products such as Novomesh 850, Noromesh 950, Fibermesh 650, Fibermesh 150 E3 as well as a specific product for ICF construction called Vertiforce. Revenue from new products less than 2 years old exceeded 25% of total company revenue due to these products.Also managed the concrete testing laboratory where 5 ACI certified technicians tested the performance of various FRC products from competitors as well as evaluating internal products. Also represented Fibermesh at industry associations such as ACI and ASTM. Other tasks included the co-development of AC208 for the ICC as well as leading the effort at UL to get several products accepted by UL for composite metal deck reinforcement. Sales and profits grew 35% year over year during this launch and a new revenue stream of $2-$3 million annually and the product was handed over to normal sales channels at the end of the program.

Technical SuperintendentPropex Operating Company, Llc 1993 - 1996Varennes, Quebec, CaLead a group of process engineers, as well as the quality department for this acquisition from Johnson and Johnson. Implemented an entire technical program which included process standards and a new quality program throughout the entire weaving, beaming and extrusion operation. Also installed new testing equipment in the quality group to more accurately test the finished products. Used tools such as SPC, value stream mapping, 8D, DOE, Lean, theory of constraints for this Tier II automotive parts supplier. Also developed new products and improved existing product line to better meet customer needs and improve revenue stream for company. During this time both sales and revenue grew by over 15% annually while simultaneously reducing customer issues by over 65%. Also improved on time deliveries by over 35%.
