• Manage day to day operations with a large portfolio of clients, listing agents andvendors including following up on all initial services to preserve the value of property.• Recruit vendors to perform services on properties in order to preserve the value andprotect the home.• Assist borrowers, vendors, and clients with any questions or concerns they haveregarding the property.• Create and follow up on work orders in the field to meet SLAs and expectations of theclient.• Maintain a positive relationship with vendor and client.• Train and develop new team members on client rules and guidelines.

• Analyze the mortgage history of abandoned properties that are in different states of foreclosure. Evaluate damages and determine the best course of action on behalf of our client. Communicate with contractors regarding escalated issues. Assure accurate and timely results of work by contractors. • A subject matter expert; trains new team members on the processes and rules of the client. Assist with answering questions, addressing escalation tickets, and assisting with daily reports.• Preform as a liaison between ServiceLink and our investors.• Answer in coming phone calls from contractors, to address any on-site issues.
