MANAGER, CLINICAL RESEARCH & INFORMATICS• Instrumental in reorganizing the clinical studies process to better serve the network hospitals which resulted in expanding from 45 to 115 hospitals. • Collaborated to create and then support the Specialty Advisory Board (SAB), comprised of interdisciplinary specialists from various hospitals which provided the ability to help monitor, guide, and lead the medical aspects of the organization’s efforts for all our hospitals.MANAGER, ANGEL FUND PROGRAM • Coordinated and supported the start-up of Angel Funds for interested hospitals within our network to raise funds to help responsible pet owners in need of financial assistance, raising over $100K through each hospital’s efforts within the 1st year. • Grew more than double the number of participating hospitals in the Angel Fund program in just over 12 months.MANAGER, RETIRED MILITARY WORKING DOG PROGRAM • Molded and expanded the Retired Military Working Dog charitable program in coordination with the U.S. War Dog Program (an external non-profit) to all 115 of our hospitals on a voluntary basis raising more than $500K in donated 100% free specialty medical care for retired military canines.

MANAGER OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY• Created a new department using my experience and expertise running charitable non-profits and social causes to inspire the organization to collaborate in giving back to the community without regard to profits. • Created a new non-profit Foundation for the organization to provide grants to social causes outside of the organization, within the first 3 months. • Created and developed the Retired Military Working Dog Program by collaborating with the American War Dog Association & coordinated with our network of specialty hospitals to provide specialized medical care at no cost to the owner. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SAVE U.S. PETS FOUNDATION, INC.• Oversaw and grew this small charitable foundation (501C3) in New Jersey for the past 12 years; initially as part of my job responsibilities paid by Red Bank Veterinary Hospitals and then on a voluntary basis after corporate mergers & acquisitions occurred.• Raised over $600k to generate grants for responsible pet owners in need of financial assistance to pay for their pets’ life-saving medical care. Created amazingly successful annual events such as Day at the Park fundraiser and our annual Gala event.• Developed and trained a robust Board of Directors to help build and nurture benefactor relationships that generated multiple $50k & $100k donors.MANAGER OF NETWORK CLINICAL STUDIES• Built new relationships with major pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organizations, etc. to participate and create new clinical studies to help build the department using a collaborative approach and centralizing the administrative process so doctors can focus on the medical.

MANAGER OF CLINICAL STUDIES• Restructured the struggling department to work as a clearinghouse for clinical study requests for participation from pharmaceutical companies, Clinical Research Organizations, and Medical Foundations, resulting in the number of approved studies tripling in the first year and has become a well-regulated process for the benefit of all involved.EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SAVE U.S. PETS FOUNDATION• Reanimated the charitable Foundation started by the hospital by doubling donations received and increasing grants given from $30k annually to $65k in 3 years’ time.

Doubled the Oncology, Surgery, and Internal Medicine Services’ daily patient load and monthly revenue within a 12-month period by improving relationships with referring veterinarians, actively marketing the practice, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and internally to our multiple services.
