I'm a serial entrepreneur for 30 years and I get a deep expertise of Social Innovation and Inclusive Management.I'm the founder and owner of Dans le Noir ? an international brand growing in different sectors as restaurants, perfume, spa, events, workshops. We are famous in Europe and over the world for our unique chain of restaurants where people eat in the pitch dark guided and served by blind people.We actually invest in organic food with low carbon impact and investing in sustainable farm. I strongly believe and try to prove every day that social responsibility, diversity and inclusive Management can create value for any kind of business.I'm the founder, majority shareholder and President at Ethik Investment Group ( 7M€ of sales in 10 countries), an Independent European Group operating mainly in France, UK, Spain, but also through partnerships with hotels in Russia, New Zeeland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Egypt, Portugal, ...I'm also involved in different other projects as a Business Angel or through investment entrepreneurial activities or environmental innovation (la Ferme de l'Envol, Le Pavé, ...)I also support numerous charities in France and UK.I'm authors of books about Social Responsibility and Inclusive Management, and I'm a speaker for conferences all over the world.Finally I just bought this incredible castle in Sud-Corrèze at the border of Lot, just near my family land and we develop there a great project to awake this beautiful piece of History.The rest of my time is dedicated to my lovely family, my wife and my three sons.I live in a beautiful Island in Britany (Belle Ile en Mer) but I drop sometime in Paris, Lot and Corrèze.I sometime go to London and occasionally in Spain for business purpose.
