Since 1980, IONIS shares entrepreneurial and corporate culture through its innovatives initiatives over 20,000 students.I was in charge of the global communication for 7 engineers and web design schools such as : Epitech, ETNA, e-artsup, SUP'Internet, Ionis school of technologie and management...I managed the development of the offline and online communication, (i.e.) I built the new communication strategies for Epitech and Ionis-STM which increased by 20% the number of students (+6M turnover).I was proud to create and implement leaflets, brochures, press ads, posters, TV's and web's advertising, websites, public relation, emailing, mobile application, etc ...I coordinated the opening communication for a new training : Coding Academy (60 students first prom), and for the first incubator of the Group : IONIS 361 (30 startups, 2M fundraising).I acted as an events manager for graduation, exhibition, forums, and Hackathon...I reported actions through quantitatives and qualitatives analysis, in order to track ROI on the global financial plan, which led me to manage or negotiate with suppliers and service providers.Finally, I bought 350K goodies in China in order to reach at least 200K contact (which I did).

The Milonga Stores have the goal to spread the influence of music and its practice in the heart of everyone. For that, its core business is to promote and develop the practice of music through the sale of musical instruments, and its integrated music school in every store. Leaders in France in terms of selling music instrument and the first private music school, Milonga realizes a turnover of 32.5 million euros spread over 16 stores (2 to 4 million euros in sales by stores ).I was in charge of the operational management of 10 sales men specialized in musical instrument, and 5 music's teachers. I led my team to reach our financial objectives through marketing operations, merchandising relocation, negotiation, and sales in B2B and B2C (+10% in 2012, and +5% in 2013). Responsible of the customer satisfaction, I also followed the operating statement in order to get our financial objectives. In collaboration with each product manager, I managed all the purchase and the supply chain for my store.
