About Sini Parampota

A career development expert, DEI advocate, researcher and consultant, sitting on several national and international technical committees and working groups, including the APCDA Board of Directors, the NCDA Ethics Committee and the Academic Advisory Council of Educluster Finland. I work with individual clients, organizations, as well as policy and decision makers at different levels towards achieving individual and collective wellbeing and prosperity, leveraging the interconnectivity between career development practice and psychosocial research, as well as providing specialized information and opinion to strengthen career guidance provision locally and internationally. Through my doctoral studies, I investigate career as a transitional object and its potential application to create more inclusive workplaces. I have a special interest in female empowerment, PwD and inclusive leadership capabilities.
