In 2021 Carvana moved into the Fortune 300 and is the fastest-growing e-commerce company in history.Fourteen years ago I promoted a theory that website chat needed to be an open transparent conversation. Most Dealers and industry experts challenged me because they felt chat had a single purpose to generate a lead. A Mahatma Gandhi quote, "First people will ignore you, then they will laugh or ridicule you, then they will fight you, then they will win with you." Consumer reality is the rapid adoption of emerging marketplaces. If you're a seller and you want to grow your business it makes sense to be where the consumer is shopping. This is my challenge and my cause and I hope to help dealers successfully grow their businesses.

This received national attention, and I was invited to speak on behalf of Auto Success Magazine at their annual event in Las Vegas.I resigned when the company was sold to pursue the next startup company.
