Worked extensively to help institute permanent deep well fed water tank supplies to underground irrigation systems.Acquired grant funding from in country NGOs and led projects to install clean water and electricity in local rural villages. Upon the advice of village elders and members, initiated, created, and managed an operation to recruit and manage village volunteers to create and maintain an irrigated, tree-lined public grass sports field and a tree planting and maintenance shade program for the one mile village road that led to the main highway.
