I am a member of WilmerHale's Transactional Department where I concentrate my practice on the representation of rapidly growing companies operating in high technology industries from formation to exit. I frequently represent venture capital funds, private equity and angel investors in a range of financing transactions. I have significant mergers and acquisition experience having led and been a part of legal teams that have completed more than $10 billion in transactions during my career. As counsel to emerging growth companies, I frequently counsel clients through complicated commercial transactions including joint ventures, license agreements and strategic partnerships. I have considerable experience representing public company clients in a broad range of matters including financing transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, analyzing and implementing anti-takeover measures, ongoing reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.In my free time when I'm not lawyering or driving my three kids back and forth between basketball, soccer and lacrosse practices and acting classes, I enjoy the outdoors, long walks with the family dog and trying to improve my less than stellar golf game.I am an alumni of the law firms of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP in Boston.
