I’m the founder and managing member of Perdue Law Group PLLC and the Military Intelligence Company. We provide both legal services and leadership training/ public speaking. My book and the related leadership speaking and training practice center on what history and the Marine Corps teach professionals about how to lead and win at work.My legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. As part of my practice, I counsel my clients on a wide range of litigation matters including UCC sales disputes, product liability defense, real estate litigation, automotive litigation, class actions, creditor rights, lender litigation and bankruptcy, and insurance & ERISA litigation. As a trial lawyer, I strive to create opportunities for my clients to resolve matters through the strategic and effective use of early dispositive motion practice and targeted discovery. My goal is to use sound business judgment and negotiation skills to achieve results that advance my clients’ business interests at the earliest possible juncture.I’ve defended a wide and varied array of defense actions in the IP, securities, UCC, product liability, ERISA, automotive, industrial and railroad contexts. I served as lead Michigan counsel for a national retail pharmacy in class action litigation pending in Kent County, Michigan, in which, the dismissal of the case was upheld by the Michigan Supreme Court in 2014.
