I am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.I have a proven track record of success as an entrepreneur, educator, and consultant, having led PeopleSolutions, an Inc. 500 and Portfolio Company of the Year, to the forefront of creative human resource management services. I am also a certified partner of The Predictive Index, a powerful tool that enables me to assess and coach individuals and teams based on their behavioral and cognitive profiles. Additionally, I am an adjunct faculty at Southern Methodist University, where I teach and mentor students in the field of organizational development and change.
