-Serving customers over the front desk pertaining to any form of enquiries -Settling administrative related matters -Handling feedback and complaints -Facilitating orientations for new students -Collecting fees -Handling enquiries via emails

-Running the daily operations of the Student care center-Liasing with new vendors for operational needs -Rostering and tabulating monthly working hours -Briefing new students and parents on the operations and the curriculum -Assisting in applications of loans for parents when relevant
