Lead HR Generalist and Business Partner for the UF Health Cancer Center (UFHCC) and leader of the People Operations unit. Administered comprehensive employee relations strategies for faculty, staff, and medical residents. Resolved ER cases through employee coaching and counseling; performance management and improvement plans; disciplinary processes; and other employee relations functions as necessary.- Successfully managed and resolved 200+ Health Science Center (HSC) employee relations cases- Counseled and provided guidance to HSC leadership on employee-related situations- Created division-wide communications strategy to promote inclusion and avoid misgendering employees- Developed and presented seminars on UF’s performance management system (UF Engaged) and HSC ER’s value to internal stakeholders- Collaborated with HR Business Partners and Liaisons, General Counsel’s Office, Privacy Office, etc. as required to resolve ER matters

Played lead role in facilitating the biggest annual giving campaign of the fiscal year, “Promise to the Future.” - Supported the university by raising $160,000 as a lead fundraise for the “Promise to the Future” Campaign- Successfully increased the faculty and staff giving rate by 32%- Led donor retention strategies for the Division and university
