I have many years of experience working with different data management disciplines, performing a wide range of tasks, from hands-on analysis of data and data quality, including root cause analysis and issue remediation to more high-level theoretical work establishing data strategy, DG operating framework, standards, policies, etc. I have not only defined these theoretical frameworks and ways of working but have actually driven the practical implementation. Hence I believe this experience has provided me with a unique and broad perspective on not only the whats, and hows of data management but also the challenges of change management and organizational adoption. Acting as interim data quality management lead to establish a foundation for data quality management. Build the capability by driving, identifying, scoping and delivering on relevant data quality use-cases. Use the use-cases as driver to develop processes, standards, methodology, and training to ramp up overall data quality knowledge and management. Besides the data quality management lead activities, Edris also contributed to other data management knowledge areas, such as governance, metadata management, data architecture, and master data.

Acting as interim metadata management lead to establish a foundation for metadata management. Build the capability by driving, identifying, scoping, and implementing PoC metadata use-case in newly acquired EDC from Collibra. Besides the metadata management lead activities, Edris also contributed to other data management knowledge areas, such as governance, data quality, data/information architecture, and master data.
