Also negotiated trial installations of system at El Chico, Applebee's, Baker's Square, Improv Nightclub and others.After Remanco moved from Toronto to Boston, was promoted to DFW Branch Manager in 1987 and District Manager in 1988. Hired and managed sales and customer support team. Coordinated site selection, design, move, and opening of new sales, support, and service office location in Dallas.

The Remington On Post Oak Park Hotel

Moved to Houston to help open The Remington, Rosewood's first built from scratch hotel property. Served as Operations Manager primarily responsible for Food & Beverage areas of operations.

The Mansion On Turtle Creek Hotel

Served as part of the management teams that opened the Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel in Dallas, Primary responsibilities were front of the house restaurant operations. Also worked closely with selection of, and ongoing operation of, restaurant computer systems.
