Manage high tech HVAC systems with a 140 ton ice plant which creates our chilled water cooling system, 375 KVA generator and UPS systems. Responsible for 24X7 operations including all aspects of facilities management.

Directs a staff of 43 maintaining over 350 buildings on a 5,500 acre Army Base including portions of NSA. Ensures delivery of 1st class service to a diverse client base varying from child care centers to top secret military and government agencies. ● Decrease demand work order back log of 880 WO to under two hundred in two months.● Reduced A PM work order back log of 2300 to 100 in the same two month time frame by restructuring maintenance program and hiring qualified technicians.● Revamped dysfunctional procurement program to a system with parts in stock on time.
