In June of 2013, The Gathering merged with Tri-Lakes Chapel to create a new multi-site church in northern El Paso County. We are looking forward to discovering how this strategic merger enables us to better fulfill our mission and vision.We have a campus on Woodmoor Drive in Monument, and another that meets at The Classical Academy Facility on Voyager in northern Colorado Springs. Our facilities are limited, so we have 4 services each Sunday, with combined attendance of 1,000 people. We deploy the church each week into our neighborhoods, with almost 40 Base Camps, each made up of 20-40 adults and children.

I serve as a trainer and facilitator/coach for executive leaders attending The Center for Strategic Leadership's Institute. I interpret various assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Highlands Assessment Battery, and the FMI 360 review. I also coach graduates of the LI through our Results Driver follow up.

Tri-Lakes Chapel was a non-denominational, missional church in Monument, CO. In June of 2013, The Gathering joined with us to create a new multi-site congregation called The Ascent Church.

My responsibilities included working with our team to plan issues, acquire and edit manuscripts, as well as all other steps toward creative presentation of the issue. During that time, I was also editor of Preaching Today, an audio resource including great sermons as well as a workshop on effective communication.
