Supervise Contracts Department for Managed Service Provider of Contingent Labor to the Health Industry

Initiate, plan and execute all aspects of RFX to Suppliers for Services. Prepare Contracts, Purchase Orders and Statements of Work via the Ariba network and provide information to Business Unit/s on status.Prepare and Update Contractual Documents including Non-Disclosure, Data Handling, Service and other Agreements for compliance with all policies and procedures.Review Consulting Contracts and Software License Agreements for completeness and adherence to company policy, terms and conditions. Represent Procurement to the other Business Units in an effort to provide timely and quality service while driving cost savings.
