CurrentProvides Level 1 and Level 2 IT and networking support, including desktop troubleshooting and hardware installation/replacement for server and rack components such as hard drives.Travel to client sites to address and resolve technical IT issues, including hardware upgrades and deployment of desktops, printers, routers, switches, and related devices.
