Hired to transform PRESTO from a small, unpopular, localized transit farecard system into a state-of-the-art, user-friendly, and universally accepted transit payment system for the GTHA and Ottawa regions - a population of over 5 million. Successfully implemented the $400M PRESTO program at the Toronto Transit Commission, North America’s 3rd largest transit agency, and Union Pearson Express, Canada's first dedicated air-rail link. Built a high performance delivery organization (65 FTE, 300+ vendor onshore and offshore resources), managing a $150M annual capital program, and providing oversight over the vendor delivery of hardware, software, civil works and datacentre infrastructure.

Was the technical lead in the implementation of a $4M customization (40-50 FTEs; 8 months) of a Canadian mortgage software platform for Filogix, an up-and-coming Australian mortage application service provider.
