Chief Justice Davide, I got appointed to a senior position at the Philippine Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and I led a 30-person policy team of a 2016 presidential aspirant.I have published close to 200 publications, articles, thought pieces, law journal articles, books and papers. At Harvard Law School, I am one of the two Filipinos accepted in the 2007 Master of Laws.
