This position drives performance standards across District Technical Managers that report to the RTM. Management responsibilities include scheduling, quality/customer satisfaction, service; materials management and the management of employee workforce. Daily activities include identifying, recruiting, training and developing associates. Ensuring communication and workflow occurs effectively and efficiently so new HVAC installations are coordinated between the installation team and assigned installer. Ensuring each market has the proper number of HVAC Repair Technicians to maintain the target response times and customer satisfaction levels.
